Hidden Pocket is a private Wine Country retreat on 1.6 acres at the end of a quiet country road, just three miles from Healdsburg Plaza.
You're minutes from Healdsburg's restaurants, tasting rooms, shops and galleries, while the Russian River, Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys are all close at hand. With more than 150 tasting rooms within 10 miles, the house makes an ideal home base for exploring Sonoma County wine country. The northern Napa Valley is also about 40 minutes away.
The Property
The landscaped property offers plenty of space to relax between outings. Swim in the heated pool, unwind in the stainless-steel spa, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the gardens.
A 230-vine hobby vineyard of Cabernet and Cabernet Franc runs along the front of the property.
For something more active, there's a basketball hoop above the garage and an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table.
The House
The home sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2½ bathrooms.
The open kitchen, dining and living areas provide plenty of room to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, JennAir range, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare a meal at home. The dining table seats 8.
The home has central air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi throughout.
For relaxing indoors, the den features a comfortable sectional, 43-inch 4K television, Directv (streaming), Blu-ray/DVD player, and Sonos sound. The living room has a 75-inch HDTV, Directv, Blu-ray/DVD player and 7.1 surround sound, along with movies and board games.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom with a double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower.
The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, and all three bedrooms have custom Elfa closet storage.
The hallway bathroom has a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is accessible from the laundry room next to the kitchen.
The laundry room includes a front-loading LG washer and dryer.
Outdoor Living
The heated pool is available mid-April through October, and the stainless-steel spa is available year-round.
Outdoor dining and lounging areas make it easy to spend the day at home when you're not exploring Sonoma County.

Notes
House Rules:
1. No parties or events; no outdoor amplified sound per Sonoma County regulations.
2. No tour buses, limousines, or other vehicles allowed on the property if larger than a minivan.
3. Quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am per Sonoma County regulations.
4. Guests and visitors must drive at 10 mph or less when entering or exiting our property and on gravel access roads out of respect for and for the safety of our neighbors and their children/pets.
5. Dogs allowed only with express permission of owner; cannot be left alone in the house or on the property at any time.
6. Be advised that there are outdoor security cameras at the front gate, perimeter of property, and at entry doors to house.
7. Total number of overnight guests not to exceed 8, total number of overnight guests and visitors not to exceed 14 per Sonoma County regulation. Maximum onsite parking = 3 vehicles. No offsite parking.
8. Guest must provide signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
9. Pool/spa waiver signed by parent or guardian of each guest under the age of 18 required within 72 hours of booking.
10. No glassware or bottles by pool area – ample plastic cups and wine glasses are available in the house.
We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of the traveling party. We hope you have a great time and find everything you need at our home.
• Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per our rental agreement.
• We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules.
