It is also practically at the very center of the extraordinary Northern Sonoma wine country, just minutes from the Russian River, Dry Creek, and Alexander Valleys. In fact, there are over 150 tasting rooms within a 10 mile radius - making this an outstanding home base for your Sonoma Wine Country vacation. The house is also only about 40 minutes from outstanding wineries at the northern end of the Napa Valley for those seeking even more variety.

At our home, you can relax by our solar-heated pool or luxuriate in our stainless steel spa built into our ipe deck. The property is richly landscaped, with lush front, rear, and side gardens and a manicured front lawn. We also have a 230-vine hobby Cabernet and Cabernet Franc vineyard at the very front of the property.

There is a basketball hoop above the garage where you can practice your jump shot, or brush up on your ping pong skills on our indoor/outdoor table.

Indoors, the home is equipped with central air conditioning, central heating, and wifi Internet access. Our fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with practically everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, Jenn Air range, brand-new Caesarstone Quartz countertops, as well as the full array of kitchen essentials.

For wine lovers there is lead-free crystal glassware and a dishwasher safe decanter. We also have a full array of unbreakable dishes and wine glasses suitable for outdoor use. The pantry is stocked with spices and other cooking staples to make preparing your meals at the house an easy and pleasant experience.

In an open floor plan, the kitchen opens to the dining room which seats 8 and to the den. The den has a comfortable modern sectional, a 43” ultra high definition LED television with Dish Network satellite TV service, and a Sonos sound bar for streaming your favorite music.

Or you can sit back and watch a movie on our home-theater equipped living room, with its 7.1 surround sound, 55 inch flat screen HDTV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and Sonos component. We also have a broad variety of Blu-ray movies and board games suitable for the whole family.

The master suite has a king sized bed and a private bath with a double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a Sonos speaker. The other 2 bedrooms each have queen sized beds, and all the bedrooms are equipped with custom Elfa closet storage. In the hallway, you’ll find the second bath, which has a shower/tub combination and dual vanity. An additional ½ bath is accessible through the laundry room next to kitchen. The laundry room is equipped with a front-loading LG washer and dryer.
